  I would highly recommend this funeral home. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and our director was attentive to meet our needs. They went above and beyond to make this painful part of our lives go as smooth as possible. If you need a funeral home, Southern Heritage is the place to go.

  This location does not care about you being a great customer. I always pays on time, in advance and never late. They will still call your job leaving messages on your company voicemail in the tone, as if you're late or not making payments on time. Then when they schedule the payment date wrong and say that they will make a note of it, not to worry about it, they still will call and harass you as if you late and is not their fault for filling your payment date wrong. The short guy at this location is OK he will try to take care of you but as far as doing business with this location is think not. If I have to go back to Easy Money it will not be this location

  When my husband passed unexpectedly on Christmas Day at 28 years old, I was also 37 weeks pregnant with our 3rd child. The last thing I wanted to be doing was planning a funeral, but Doug and every employee at Southern Heritage went above and beyond to make the most horrific time of my life so much easier and they handled the situation with such grace and dignity. They were there very step of the way and have been even after. They have been prompt with making sure the right things were taken care of on the business side of things, but have also been making sure my family and I are doing ok even after everything has been done and over with. I can not say enough thank you’s to Southern Heritage and I would highly recommend them. They are all a huge blessing and will not be forgotten by my family and I.

  Mr. Pino and his son Jeff Pino represented me in my divorce that required them to be pro active in implementing the Alabama State relocation laws. My son was relocated back to the State of Alabama.
