    Been a customer with State Farm for about three years. My agent retired about a year ago. Did not realize it till I needed to take with someone! Nothing personal against the new agent, however his office staff is not very friendly/helpful or professional! I realize I am a very “small customer” with only two polices, however I would like great customer service! I now understand why she talked very low.
